In 2000 singer pianist of the Oversea Orchestra, a project wanted and realized by Maestro Filippo Martelli.
The Oversea is composed of a section of twelve stringed instruments to which are added soloists of national and international fame; in fact, on the stage of the Oversea soloists such as Riccardo Galardini (guitars), Stefano Cocco Cantini (saxophone) and Francesca Balestracci (vocalist) play with Maurizio Tomberli. The repertoire performed is exclusively pop / rock; in fact, to cite some examples, Hey Jude by the Beatles, Shape of my heart by Sting, Separate lives by Phil Collins are just some of the songs that Oversea performs in its concerts.
All the arrangements, conceived and created by Maestro Martelli, are particularly attentive to today's sounds, thus making the Oversea's "sound" unique in its genre, to the point of making it considered one of the best orchestras of the moment for type of research and experimentation. (fact recognized by the critics present at the 2002 European Music Festival in Rome). As a goal, in addition to live performances, the Oversea Orchestra has that of placing itself at the attention of the recording world as a stable formation ready to face studio recordings or touring participation.
To his credit, despite being recently formed, Oversea already boasts the presence in successful records for important artists such as Raf, Masini, Vallesi, Fiordaliso, the Poohs and many others.
